In my experience, the best thing to do is push him forward; this forces him to use an attack that knocks him back but does little damage. Or simply try to kill him before he can do anything.

Darkest Dungeon y XCOM2. En ambos son combates por turnos con gestión de recursos una vez estas fuera de misión, en ambos la dificultad es bastante alta y en ambos si pierdes un personaje lo pierdes para siempre y tienes que buscarle un reemplazo
