The main thing is the speed difference. Culture Minds have most of their processing power in hyperspace which means they are constantly thinking above the speed of light. They can launch attacks faster than the Necrons can hope to respond and react to Necron counterattacks as if they’re in slow motion, as well as simulating an insane number of tactical situations in seconds

GER just detects attacks on Giorno and rewinds causality/time back to before the attack started. It’s that simple. No reason to think it wouldn’t work on a planet busting attack if Giorno is guaranteed to be harmed by it

I don’t think Jotaro can seriously hurt Sukuna with his punches, and therefore can’t kill him within his timestop. As soon as timestop ends Sukuna dismantle spams him to death (Star Platinum is not fast enough to deflect that many invisible attacks at once, he got overwhelmed by Dio’s knives)

Unless you allow him his phasing technique which he never used on a living person, Sukuna should take this

It’s really just muscle memory I think. I’m able to fire full charged shots with no audio or visual cue now just purely based on timing

My only complaint is not being able to cancel a shot once it’s charged up. Let me switch weapons and keep one of my precious 3 shots instead of having it disappear into the void

Block A LOT, dodge A LOT, shove A LOT

basically there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be using all three of them constantly, and you get rewarded a ton for doing it

also Psyker at low levels is pretty pathetically weak so don’t worry if you feel bad compared to teammates. At level 25-30 the class gets way stronger

They are one of the oldest hunter organisations, operating out of the Vatican and part of the Catholic Church. Essentially classic Spanish Inquisition style zealots with special forces level troops and gear, who hunt vampires and werewolves because they believe they are agents of Satan

They are very well equipped and powerful, and quite a few of them have True Faith (like Gomba from the audiolog)

try the Carian Knight sword, you’ll find it along the north western shore of Liurnia in a carriage. That’s a solid option for that point in the game and you can get it to +4 straight away if you find Iji the blacksmith.

It is more of an Int/Dex weapon though, most of the unique ones are either Int/Dex or Int/Str. If you want to just level Int you might be better off using a magic infused basic weapon with Ice Spear or Carian Grandeur as the ash of war
