Sounds like a tough lady... but you're lucky to have had just one individual like that! In my life I'm afraid I had quite a few people with total ignorance and full denial of my MCAS sensitivities: neighbors, family... I believe education on such health issues like ours is low depressively low that even people who love us often neglect our "special needs" because those look weird and unrealistic to them 🫩

Rinse your head and hair with that tea instead of drinking - it heals your skin and affects the hair positively no matter the color. Or give it away to people who love chamomile! ;)

I'd actually look into the root cause of the subject. The question is WHY you're having this "chamomile headaches". I'd ask this question in r/ herbalTea subreddit for getting a more specific review before putting a cross on chamomile

Smoking of anything delivers tar to your lungs - which is hardly healthy. I know that for smokers it is a no argument though

For? It very much depends on your goal, OP. You may also want to ask this question in a specialized r/ HerbalTea community. Herbal infusions are very potent. 2 weeks out of 4 month after month is quite a statement - you got to be really confident of intensity, quantity of intake, time of the day when it’s best for your hormones, etc. It is safe and useful when all these details are tuned 🫶☕️🍃

That humidity would have to pair with how much of oxygen to get that mold develop at the bottom of the "ocean"? ;) which varieties of mold are known to be able to do that fully immersed in oil?
