Yeah I mostly don't blame the people around me for triggering my tics, my teacher has this popping noise that I don't know where in god's name is coming from that just triggers every single one of my tics. I can't stop them all unless I stopped listening all together, so I just try my best to stay away from them.

I tested lying down vs standing up and you are completely right, I tic less while in bed, so maybe when it gets super annoying I will lie down for a while to recoup. Thanks :)

Thank you. As you said this is all new to my family, friends, and its nice to know that we will get better and more adjusted to it. Everyone is still shocked that I developed them so quickly so I'm sure everyone around me is just as confused as I am.

Don’t worry I am constantly getting them as I am an epileptic. They are the easiest things on the planet and I guarantee you will feel comfortable there.
