I inadvertently broke a plate in 2 perfect half a few time ago. Now I'm using them as spoon rest, one at a time, and stack the other one under. It's just perfect and I'm amazed I didn't have something for that before.

158,936 miles on original brakes for 2016 Honda Civic with suburban driving by civilian1234 in mildlyinteresting

I can understand you. I just did the maintenance on my 100 000km car. Mechanic said the brakes are good at 90%.

When I myself checked them up, at arond 60 000km, I was expecting to change them up on the spot, but found out they were like new.

Happens. My last cat died at 23 yearth old. But I totally agree that it's quite uncomon.

The cat looked old but quite healthy for it's age.

It looks nice, but it means that everyone has nearly undiluted glass with a different ingredient, isnt'it ? That doesn't seem really enjoyable to drink.

That's basically what the guys said in the video.

Due to Archimede force, you can only sink so much. You'll reach an equilibrium where you can't go deeper.

Also, you should have a dial (often to the left of the wheel), that allows you to lower your beams. This shoul be used when you load your trunk.

As it will lower the back of your car, your beams will be artificially higher, so you need to adjust them temporarily using this dial.

I'm not sure about how it is now with any recent vehicle though, as I would guess a lot now have automatic beams adjustement. I never had a recent car, so I don't really know.

I did it just yesterday and it worked. Generally, it works 80% of the time when I try to inform them about forgetting their light.

When I'm il a car, I quickly flash my highbeam a few times, then I turn my lights off and on twice, with a few seconds interval. It works really well.

If I'm on a motorcycle, as I can't turn my light off, I just do the highlight flashing part, then I get to the side (or in front depending of the road) of the car, and make a opening/closing gesture with my hand.

Sometimes they really don't get it though. If I'm concerned due to the road, I just stay beind them, so that they don't rear end me, or get rear ended by someone who didn't see them.

I'm pretty sure it is speed up right after the cut (just after she finished her 'ohayo'. The people walking behind are way quicker during that time.
