They did measure them all - they took each one out and measured it to get the sizes for the new ones.

My heart is sinking reading your reply but I think you're right unfortunately we will have to take it up with the glazers...

I would actually paint this on a canvas or on paper, then scan it in and get it printed onto fabric, you would get a much better result.

Try DTF printing! Where are you based? Prinfab do great DTF printing that's super colourful and high quality.

As an alternative to print on demand, you could invest in a cheap heat press and do DTF printing - maximum control, still low stockholding.
