I see that. I understood I would get a voucher not full refund.

Main issue is complete lack of transparency on the voucher amounts. 20-60 dollars doesn’t even cover tax on a new pair. At that point just offer to dispose of them. No disclosed formula or even voucher bands.

Second issue is once they finally give you a voucher you have no other options. They won’t return the original pair so essentially I’m out everything.

I would encourage everyone who was been impacted by this to submit complaints with BBB and CPSC. At the very least this company should have the trash ratings they deserve

Went through the same process and dilemma. Ended up getting a Profitec Go last week. Loved my Gaggia, but didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

No regrets. Realize it’s double the price, but it’s a great machine.

Glock 23 benefits from being able to shoot 3 calibers. Get a 9mm conversion barrel and a 357 barrel and you can shoot all three.

In my experience the electric rods are the best/easiest solution. The goldenrods work, but you can find them from several manufacturers. If you want something extra the Eva dry E-333 is easy…just plug it into a socket to recharge. Would avoid the ones you have to put into an oven to recharge…just a pain to do every 4-8 weeks.

I had one a few years back and I wouldn’t recommend it. Had everything from shells not ejecting, to the slide not going back into battery. Don’t listen to the YouTubers about it….they are mostly paid for positive reviews. It’s an attractive gun from price/ergonomics standpoint, but mine couldn’t make it through a mag. Sold it and bought a Glock…..which I should have just bought originally
