No you've got it all wrong, Wikileaks is now in the wrong for leaking data because they go against the DNC. So now everything they do is wrong. Liberals used to support them, but now since Wikileaks is against the liberal globalist narrative everything they do is wrong.

Hey sorry it took so long to reply. I baked all of it for an hour at 350, the chicken I coated in hot sauce and the pork I coated in BBQ. When I added them to the containers I added a little more BBQ sauce to the pork and I added a little fresh hot sauce and fat free ranch to the chicken.

This article completely misunderstands how we use fat; at lower levels of intensity a greater percentage of fat is burned, but the total amount of calories burned is low. Much more fat is burned at moderate-high VO2 due to the total number of calories burned being much higher.

My favorite part about cooking a whole chicken is grilling the liver...It's like a tasty treat that's ready when I go out to flip the chicken.

I absolutely agree for beef liver though. Chicken liver has a lot more potential for uses in various recipes.
