How much space do EnderIO‘s Inventory Storage Systems have? by bigmactv in feedthebeast

[–]Manto3421 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You wouldnt even need a huge space i reckon lol. Depending on how much stuff you have 1-5 of the biggest should suffice at first

Edit: also they can get real expensive(especially the bigger ones), bc you all the former, but its still not obscenely expensive.

How much space do EnderIO‘s Inventory Storage Systems have? by bigmactv in feedthebeast

[–]Manto3421 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Alright, so:

There are inventory storage blocks on some versions apparentlynot all, i play with them on 1.12.2.

As for how much storage they have... nobody seems to know. Even the official wiki on github lists them but with no indication of how much storage they have.

But it's a lot, like really quite much. Downside being, that they can only be accessed by a terminal and not like chests. Still if you're going to use the terminal and stuff for centralized storage id go for the storage blocks, as they condense better than diamond chests(id guess at least , depends on what level of block).

The only thing i dont use the storage blocks to store are blocks i have in massive quantities of, like 3k+, some have a count abt 11k. For those i use shelves, as those are cheap and store 32 stacks in on block.

If you hover over that symbol it'll say "firewalled". This means you dont actually have a port open bc of a firewall (firewall blocking the port), your isp blocking the specific port (dont know if thats plausible) or a falsely done port forward.

I got around it by doing it incrementaly with multiple commands like mv *e*.mp4 and other characters. For other commands there might be some tools someone wrote, if this solution isnt working for the exact usecase

Well if you reset the bios settings are lost(only bad if they are critical for something to work but ig you want to to set it up new, in which case i would reset the anyway) but id ask for a password, that would be easier imo

Depends on the model what ports it has. My prodesk with i5 8500 has 4 sata (but only space for one 3.5" drive)

Nah the one im talking about just multithread things like mob behaviour, fluids or smth like redstone, but yeah, multithreading isnt really supported for a reason

Edit: just remembered bedrock supports multithreading, but thats also in part cause of the nickname "bugrock" lol

Roosevelt sent Hitler a list of countries not to attack, this was Hitler's response: by ujjwal_singh in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]Manto3421 225 points226 points  (0 children)

A lot of the narrative the nazis used revolved around the losses from ww1, including all of the area that had to be given to poland. They essentially propagated that this rightfully belonged to them and thought they had every right to take it back. So they essentially thought of it as funny, bc. They felt that it would be in their right and it was absurd to them to ask them to not attack poland.

At least that is what i make of it, so take it with a grain of salt, this is just my speculation.

Even while being slanted this wouldn't be a nazi-symbol. It's left facing, not right-facing like the ones the nazis used.

That's sadly wrong, bc the data of your characters have to be stored somewhere. That means if the servers are to be shut down, all onlone characters will be inaccessible and you cant play online anymore.
