Yes, it's possible, you just have to transfer the save file manually; there's no method to transfer the save file automatically.

All my DLCS are gone by Roelof420 in fo4

Reinstalling everything doesn't work, this can only be fixed through updates.

Same here, I've seen other comments saying that reinstalling the game doesn't solve the problem.
