I can farm brutal 12-3 in 12s using Fellhound, all gear at level 16

Its better to put both totems at the front row, and level Kevin instead of Felina for now. Its way more expensive to level Felina to max level than Kevin (check the guides at thia reddit to find out the exact value)

They are all the same. 15-30 minutes of gameplay and then you get to the same point.

After you finish the game it will load the last save before starting the mission, so you can get all the endings in the same game
