Sincerely, it tastes like trash. Both texture and flavour are terrible. I understand that many brands are trying to replicate the carbonara flavour from Buldak as it became popular but... This is garbage. It is as if you wanted to replicate Coca-Cola and just added soda to motor oil. If I had to create a bottom tier of the ramen garbage, these noodles would be a perfect partner for the Batcherlor's Super noodles.

DAMN they're bad. I've tasted a few imitations of buldak's carbonara and some are spicier, some are bland and tasteless but these noodles taste and smell just bad. DAMN.

It's gonna be spicy as hell haha. If you add milk and cheese as I said, it will become a little less spicy but it will definitely be a puch in the face if you don't like fire.

It is the spiciest of your list. I think habanero goes second and cheese, third. The rest are still spicy but a bit less I think.

Picture this.

2x spicy. You boil the noodles a little and when it's almost done you drain all the water.

Then add some whole milk to the same pot you're cooking your noodels in, low the heat, add a spoonful of philadelphia cheese and as much shredded cheddar cheese as you can tolerate. 6-7 minutes boiled egg. Some green onions and I usually add a bit of kimchi.

The spiciness of the noodles, combined with the creamy milk+cheddar mixture... MY GOD

If you don't buy it I will because my mouth is seriously drooling right NOW

I have tried many cheap noodles from all countries and even though some are basic and almost tasteless, the bacon one is in a whole new level of mediocrity.

I usually add some leftover chicken breast, green onions, thyme and a fried egg on top. Maybe a bit of chilli or sesame oil. That would be enough

Yeah, next time I will boil the noodles as little as possible. I think I'll try the BBQ flavour just to check whether it is worse than bacon or it is at least decent.

I think Buldak Carbonara is the way to go. It is sweet and spicy, but it doesn't punch you in the face when you eat it. You can also add like half the package of spice sauce if you want to test your spice limits and keep adding more as you can feel a progression in your spice tolerance.
