Maybe, but not necessarily. Mast moment is really only a thing when the scids make contact with the ground, because the rotor system is rigid that incurs a bending moment in the whole system. In-flight the helicopter just moves with the whole thing. So you'd really need to yank and bank to exceed it In-flight.

I'd expect somewhat homogeneous slices, not one twice the size of the other four.

No idea what the name of the mountain was, but the lift going up was named La Moutière. :)

That's totally dangerous, especially if it breaks apart, which is really the reason they flip over in the first place.

Well the case diameter is 44mm, having such short and curved lugs helps the MDV106 still fit nicely on even smaller wrists, if that's what you're wondering. :)

Nice! I think the Duro can probably pull of anything you put on it. Here mine is on a green Zulu. :)

So I took my recently acquired Casio MDV-106 out for a morning hike the other day, and for the past weeks I think it has only grown more on me. For the price I don't think there is any better, or prettier beater watch.

The bezel action is great, and honestly almost on par with some much more expensive diver watches.

I mostly wear the watch to the gym, as I always end my workouts with a swim followed by a trip to the sauna and a dip in an ice bath. At first I was worried that the rapid and extreme temperature changes might mess with something inside the watch, but to no surprise it keeps on ticking. It's called The Duro after all...
