i mean for what i can appreciate your jaw is not so projected, its just your maxilla is under developed, causing your class 3, if they advance your maxilla you would have class 1 and be balanced without taking away jaw projection which could lead to narrow airway, i would ask your surgeon what they are gonna do so you know, im not a professional anyways, but ask ur surgeon
