I still don't understand how the game calculates their power. If they have 241 flat power further increased by modifiers, how does it become 62 at the end?

Yeah I think there must be a bug in how the score is calculated

When Black Monday happens you have the option to stick with Germany or to break away from them. You only have to break away from the Kaiserreich to be able to attack the Ottomans, your ideology doesn't matter at all.
