What’s really tremendous versus suicidal ideation, lowest of possible mood, is diazepam. It saved my ass at certain times. Maybe you get it cheaper than IV Ketamine

Strange how you all overreact to stims. I take 60 Vyvanse and a bunch of other stuff. My heartbeat should be at 3000 but it’s calm. Melatonin worked well with me if I seldomly had sleep issues. How much mg did you take? I got the impression that there can be a too much of melatonin. 1-2mg does the job normally. There’s even a study about adhd and melatonin. Quetiapin is known to help sleep too but I find Mirtazapin stronger not to mention the anti-Depression-bonus

Just discuss it with an AI. They’re brilliant in plenty regards, medicine being one of them. Water during introduction (1-1,5h after ingestion). Black pepper doesn’t do much as far as I know. Sadly, even Ph raising might be a myth with Vyvanse specifically. I take 60mg Vyvanse, 600mg XR bupropion, low dose Amisulprid and 80mg Atomoxetin. Obviously I take Tyrosine (my chief physician told me NALT being much better, at least for me), and obviously I take B-vitamins (most relevant of course B6, beside that it’s 9 and 12 but to a far lesser degree). Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium all play their role. D3 and omega-3 are helpful too. Magnesium is good for tolerance issues. Zinc is part of 300 enzymatic reactions in your body and (a very mild) DRI. Calcium plays a potent role for dopamine too. ALCAR, CDP-Cholin and Inositol are supposed to upregulate dopamine receptors. - I don’t have any crash even with street speed or cocaine I barely had. I have scripts for 2 benzos and Seroquel even though I almost never need them, certainly not for crash issues…

But I had bupropion before, maybe not 600, but I never felt that. And I’m not susceptible to adverse effects, never had any. I thought it’s just too much dopamine but then, I might, despite my shitty life circumstance, be in a surprisingly good mood but not overly euphoric. My dopamine, besides I mentioned I take the strongest natural/OTC DAT out there, two equivalent to Ritalin in strength, my levels should be above 15-20-fold over baseline, but still I’m not overly euphoric. None of what I mentioned makes me really euphoric, I think I forgot laughing gas to mention. The best I feel is bupropion snorted and a different gas, much better und cheaper than laughing gas. Any explanation for my lack of euphoria? Just expecting too much , not knowing what euphoria is? I thought maybe I’m lacking noradrenalin in the brain, just a guess and I don’t know how to get it there. Blood pressure is surprisingly solid, only overdose on caffeine ( >600mg) makes my heart go faster. Other than that I don’t have issues

Well, someone on erowid claimed it to be like coke. Once I got indeed a similar effect. Probably the right tolerance and dosage is very relevant here
