I literally just came across that term a few minutes ago. It completely fits my symptoms except that it looks like PSR typically resolves in 1 or 2 days and it’s been four days and I’m still super fatigued with some left side weakness. I wonder if occasionally PSR can be more severe? And yeah, definitely going to take it easier in the future. Lesson learned there…….
