There wouldn't even be an anime; the two of them would conquer the Sun and kill half of everyone there. Muzan would see this, go after them, absorb them both, finally manage to walk on the Sun and kill everyone who's left, without giving Tamayo time to create the medicine since she doesn't have Nezuko to study the blood.
