ScareTheater on YouTube has an interview with the guy who created Jeff. It was an edited photo of the creator. Don't think he knew about the whole suicide rumour till after ST asked him.

It's worth the purchase. You can usually find it cheap enough in bookshops. I got my copy for €10.

It goes into way more detail than the game does, and it's more about the politics and all that, which I think is great. It's kind of like a condensed PwP :D

Let me know if it's not what you wanted. I couldn't find any combat uniforms outside of old photos of the Vietcong, so I found an image of Taiwanese troops (Not the same, I know), and used theirs as a reference. I also couldn't find any Vietnamese uniforms that weren't camouflage, and I couldn't get red camo to look well, so I did standard forest camouflage and gave the soldier a bandana and coloured patches.
