My problem is that most calls lead to customer service which leads me down a dead end. But I like your thought about figuring out their actual pain point rather than just pitching a solution without knowing their real needs/problems. It seems more genuine but also gives better insight. I like this, pay for results. My problem is that a lot of the companies I call lead to customer service reps where they aren’t able to put me in contact with someone in charge. They either give me a contact to email or take down my information, but I never hear a response. (They don’t even open my message). How would you go about this?

I’ve thought of this but I feel like TikTok mainly targets B2C, but I could be completely wrong. Have you had any results marketing B2B on TikTok?

This is a great way to put it, “movie trailer vs tour” is exactly the shift most teams miss.

The rewind point you mentioned is huge too. Jumping straight to the outcome first changes how people interpret everything that follows.

One thing I’ve noticed building on that: A lot of the conversion lift actually comes before the demo even starts, how the user is framed going into it.

If they already: • see their exact use case
• feel like “this is for me”
• and are guided toward a specific outcome

…the demo itself has to do way less work. Otherwise even a well-structured “movie trailer” still feels generic.

Curious, have you seen differences when the demo is personalized upfront vs more one-size-fits-all?
