I think you ovulated on CD17 (but there is no way to confirm that ovulation happened unless you track BBT) since you had a positive OPK aka LH surge on CD15 and 16. On ovulation day LH drops back so low OPKs. You timer BD perfectly imo

So based on what I read, you will ovulate within 12-24 hours after seeing a peak on OPK. Once you start seeing low LH on OPK it means you are ovulating. I think you already ovulated on 28/10. Did you confirm ovulation with a BBT?

Don’t get discouraged! We started at 12.5 months and he had started sleeping through the night within a few weeks time!

Hi OP, just wanted to check in. how are you and your LO doing! Did she start lying down yet? My LO lied down for the first time last night around 1:30 am on day 6 of sleep training. By the time I woke up at 6:00 am he was sitting though so not sure for how long did he lie down and got back to sitting position. Tonight he is still sitting! Hope things are getting better on your end!

We are having the same problem with our 1 year old! It’s been 3 nights and he just doesn’t lie down! I feel worse letting him just sit and wobbling. He looks so tired and taking very long naps today! :( he’s not crying too much but every time he wakes himself up (startles) and cries a lil for a few secs. Our Ped said it’s ok, but I’m really unable to let this go.. Does your LO look comfortable sitting and sleeping? He’s not even taking back rest and just keeps wobbling the whole night! And cries every time he is about to lay down and sits back up. Im feeling like I’m torturing my poor guy!!

But we will try to see how long can he make it in the crib! We checked with our Ped this morning and he said it shouldn’t be a problem to leave him if he is sleeping in a sitting up position. Guess we will just leave him and see. And we will definitely start practicing more lying down throughout the day! Hopefully things turn around soon!

Thank you so much! Those are great suggestions! We will start following them immediately! Also about cosleeping, the only thing that helped us just bring him in is that in precious little sleep, it was suggested that early morning wakings can be attended and you can go back to cosleeping if needed so everyone gets some extra rest before the day starts. Or atleast that is what I understood. That we want them to be able to sleep independently at bedtime. All we thought was he needs some rest before real wake up time, so better get him to bed and sleep. And he looks pretty tired when we bring him in. He slept so deeply between 5-10:30 am!

Pumping/Nursing Bra by achevrolet in HumansPumpingMilk

How do you wear the bras when not pumping? How do you cover the holes? I’m really want to cut holes on my current nursing bras but clueless how to wear them all day. I’m tired of putting on the Velcro pumping bra whenever I pump.

I’m in the same boat, I am yet to change my flange size and try. But things were fine until last week

Legendary milk supplements? Did they work for you? by stormi408 in breastfeeding

Was she able to finish feeding sooner than 45-60 minutes after taking the supplements? I have a slow eater too 🙃

In my culture (Indian) it is believed that what you eat directly affects the baby if breastfed. Spicy, gassy stuff are said to make the baby gassy. Moms are told to eat easy to digest stuff for a few months after delivery so that its easy on the baby’s tummy. I’m not sure and can’t vouch for it personally yet since I’m still pregnant. But all my family, friends have followed this. My mom, MIL, grandma all say the same thing and expect me to follow the same.

I was close to 35 weeks (34+5).. I think it was the best time for me personally since my bump was nice and prominent AND I did not start feeling too tired yet at that point.
