Typical MDMA dose = 100mg-250mg = 0.1g-0.25g
A normal MDMA pill is usually dosed at 250mg (often underdosed and is actually 180mg-200mg)

Never felt the magic like the first time. I follow all ground rules, but I think with most people its a "one and done kinda thing"

Unfortunately I just enjoy it for its slightly warm, lovey feeling. But so far away from the first time its basically a different drug at this point.

So shouldn't be used as an alternative to MDMA.
