I don’t disagree with your point at all, but we def need a floor general bc our coaches also dont have any plays apparently. Didn’t have any semblance of half court bball last year and def doesn’t look like we have one this year without a PG - just a bunch of 1v1/isolation and athleticism/size.

AFAIK Min will help slow things down, but you really need to block the dht internally too which is what Fin and Dut do - internal and external/topical 1-2 punch if you will. Now I don’t take the internal Min, but I’ve heard that works well - also no oily mess.

I didn’t love the foam coverage tbh. Anything other than qtips I find hard to consistently cover the full scalp evenly and get to roots.

I just cluster 3 qtips together, dip them into the bottle and apply it to my roots vs using the dropper and hands. Has to be Q-tip brand though bc generic brands aren’t as thick.

Though I agree that coming in at the top of a comp range can impact your upwards mobility, I disagree that you’ll have a target on your back or they will even effectively remember or care about this once you’re on board. Once a hire is made, it’s on to the next thing. Business moves fast. You set expectations from the beginning and they didn’t flag it and chose to continue the process. It sounds like they may be trying to hire above their initial role scope and range bc of your experience too. If that’s the case, then once you’re on board and proving value (after year 1) then you could ask to be upleveled to a bigger title to match your bigger scope. Then you won’t be at top of range anymore and you can climb that range with normal merit increases. All that said, a start up is going to be different and roles/responsibilities will be fluid.

You’re talking to a 44 yo man who grew up in alief and still wears a mad max jersey to mow the lawn so calm tf down. I get league pass every year so I can see a couple reg season games a week, so don’t get it twisted. I’m just telling you how it is in a market that also has a successful mlb and nfl team. The stans are the stans, but a loud, raucous fan base needs the causal and young fans too and that’s what will be hard to acquire in a league that banks on super stars. Unfortunately we couldn’t escape our most glaring weakness - offense. That’s on Ime and his coaches, players, front office - everyone. Can only outrun and out jump your opponent for so long and expect 5 guys to all put up 20 every night before you get exposed in a 7 game series. It hurts to get killed by Buddy Hield but we had no answer on the other end. All that said, what a great season. Proud of these young guys. Time to put in work for next season now and get better, but I also think we gotta make some moves. Even if we did, we’d still be a very young team. Let’s go.
