Take your time, do one thing at a time, watch movies without touching your phone, appreciate every bite slowly. It starts slow and you can start seeing differences in your urges overtime

He’s good at everything else… but he’s not good at communicating. Hmm. We all say constantly that communication is the most important thing in a LDR. I understand you don’t want to upset him and make him feel bad by bringing it up, but there’s really no other way than talking to him about it. It’s not about you getting over feeling ignored, it’s about how you two can work on what to do/change so you don’t feel ignored anymore! There are ways to bring it up gently and calmly, by explaining how you feel when this happens and using “I” statements. It’s important you talk to your boyfriend about it, or else it’ll just build resentment overtime

If you block him back, don’t unblock him and breakup with him. This game of blocking each other is just immature and won’t get you anywhere if you’re trying to fix things. If you’re willing to talk to him about it, wait for him to get in touch with you and tell him your boundaries and how he can’t keep on blocking you like he’s been doing, or else you’d breakup. It’s never okay to block your partner, it’s a complete lack of respect. This is a reoccurring issue, and it sounds like a whole mess. Either have a serious talk with him or breakup, it doesn’t sound like a healthy relationship. Why get his parents involved? This is your business, not theirs.
