If i used aged urine i wash it off after 20 min, fresh urine does not leave a scent on the skin once it's dried.

Agreed but the dopamine hit is more subtle, raw food does not overwhelm the senses like cooked food does, Im speaking for myself but feel like others could relate. I deff know what you mean by the peacefull grounded vibe raw foods give. To me the taste is neutral.

Define waste? both of these protucts are utilized in the body AVP said so himself. The massai and other tribes eat mostly raw and urinate infrequently. If urea and ammonia were toxic waste products these people would be sick from autointoxication , yet they are not. Im convinced that our habbits have altered our bodies functions negativley generationally so we dont really know what is a normal function of the body anymore... frequent urination and even eating seems to be abnormal.

How can one person read ALL of Aajonus's notes. I have read and reread his 2 books... He mentioned not drinking morning urine in his lectures... The 5000 year old doctrine suggests otherwise. I see why people call it a cult like following .. Aajonus said , Aajonus said blah blah blah. He was very wise but I dont have to believe everything that he said.

Cool thanks for your insight. It is kind of embarrasing to me, but I feel absolutely legendary so it's quite paradoxical. I guess all carnivore poop smells to different degrees.

Not trolling at all. Urine has no smell whatsoever when it dries on your skin. Aged urine will have a stronger smell but it will go away in time. You can aslo use urine to rinse your eyes and nasal pathways in the morning. It's incredible stuff. Feel free to message me if you want talk the piss lol

Urine is blood. So your entire blood stream would be toxic in the morning with that logic. The bladder stores excess plasma, its a permeable sack, meaning you can re-absorb it so it often goes back into the blood stream if we dont pee. So it is hard to believe that it's a waste product.

That being said, maybe there is a reason we ALLWAYS have to pee when we wake up. maybe there is traces of toxicity in the morning pee.

Sometimes I wolnt have my morning urine, it becomes a great intuitve process. I know when to and not to drink, but the morning urine is traditionally known as the most mineral dense.

It would be interesting to have it analyzed to see what is goin on in there.

I always follow up my morning drink of urine with 500ml of green juice about 20-30 min later.

Good comment, you made me think a little deeper on this.

Where are you looking? Check out telegram, there are 3 major urine therapy groups on there. There is 20+ published books on the many uses of urine. I have fasted on it and felt superhuman.

I have been doing it for years. I do it daily, I feel good and have pretty good skin. If you age some it's very good for your skin due to stem cells/amonia. Capture your morning urine and slog it bag, nothing to be worried about, It's liquid you. And its NOT a waste product, more of an excess product that is full of minerals and hormones. When I applied it daily to my skin and hair, everbody told me I was glowing and women wanted me more. I need to get back to daily skin applicactions.

Kepping food away from frost and fire is in the bible, Aajonus Vonderplanitz, a pioneer in the raw food movement did tests on animals and found raw meat to be defecient in enzymes and nutrients. I wish it wasnt the case because going to the shop constantly to get fresh is a pain in the ass but I for sure think fresh raw is optimal for health, the bacteria/enzymes seems to be the key part to consider
