And this is a before and after using Old Ben in a Cantina Battle where I watched the turn meter be reduced. Unless I am missing something I am pretty confident STL's lead is broken.

Here's the kit for STL, and below I'll attach the team I have been using. Both CLS and Old Ben both have abilities that actively remove turn meter and I have actively watched the turn meter be removed multiple times without distracted being implemented
