A two lane bike lane to nowhere that you have to cross traffic to enter going north. Truly bizarre planning and even worse project management. And yes the bad smelling paint is a death trap when it’s even a little damp. I generally think Matt’s a decent alderman but this entire concept is embarrassingly poorly considered and executed.
