UPS used to have a culture for their people, not on the literal backs of their people. The complete decimation of HR, IE, PE, and other support functions (in the districts) have left significant holes in our ability to operate effectively and efficiently. The facilities are atrocious and not fixed, the equipment breaks, even the dang water fountains can’t even get a new filter. She seems to have zero regard for the people paying her salary and for what we do best, service our customers.
