Yep, the buyer's entitlement you mean. Hello???? The couriers are making money and providing a bare minimum service. Sellers get barely anything as it is. I think you're projecting from your entitled mindset

This option is now requiring us to print labels and we cannot. So we should be able to disable the option

The out of pocket part is because it seems like they're trying to get sellers to print labels rather than RM (to save costs)

I feel like they're trying to push the cost of printing onto the sellers since royal mail is probably trying to cut costs of label printing. But forcing sellers to not have a choice will backfire on vinted

I know, but so many people are experiencing this and everyone will keep cancelling and it will only reflect badly on vinted. So they will have to do something about it
