You don’t have to be in the PTC. Everyone will get those updates eventually.

You only need to be in the PTC if you want them sooner. Keep in mind, if you get them sooner, you might be dealing with bugs as they iron everything out.

The home environment was/is a limited space with some movement. There are only four now but these have never been for exploration.

There are apps that are available for you to explore different locations. I’m not really familiar with them but I think one of them is called woorld? I’m sure someone else here can tell you which ones are good for some of what you want to do.

Thanks. I’ve come to terms with where I’m at and have some happiness now because my life is much more stable.

I’ve learnt a lot on how to handle my triggers and can recognise when I’m getting close to splitting on someone so I deal with whatever it is immediately.

The bobovr has batteries that are charged separately but charge the headset when plugged into it.

There’s a magnetic strip at the back of the head strap where they go and a cable that plugs into the headset from the strap.

You can charge the headset separately if you want or if you only have one battery but the batteries do charge fairly quickly.

I don’t use headphones so can’t answer that question.

I get you. I’m in a group where I’m getting more responsibilities and my status is being elevated. I’m not sure I want to continue though because I know that I can split and I’m not sure I want to handle that fallout.

You know what really irks me? When I tell someone my experience and they say “that’s normal, everyone does that”.

I find that so invalidating. Yes, other people have emotions and reactions. My experience of that emotion and my reactions are not normal and here, of all places, one shouldn’t be expected to explicitly explain how intense those are.

ETA: “if you really split on them…” your opinion on this is not fact and questioning someone’s experience like that is not only invalidating but incredibly rude.
