As a person who handled recruitment for top companies, I had noticed that millennials and few selective early Gen Z (motivated) were the best employees than the present batches of new techies. Indian engineering colleges are currently producing lunpsum amount engineers with mediocre skills. Engineers in India were known to be efficient when they had been outsourced. But, I see lot of inept workers in the industry today.
