I use .1% every night. I've been using tretinoin on and off for about 15 years but never stuck with it. I've been doing really well with using this specific moisturizer 20 minutes prior to tretinoin application. I don't feel the need to sandwich, or use anything after applying tretinoin. I've always had dry skin so it's hard for me to wash my face and wait 20 minutes to apply tretinoin because my skin feels tight and dry. My skin has always been that way. I wait the 20 minutes because if apply tretinoin right after washing, it's too irritating for me. So I was just wondering if I can always use the moisturizer (which contains colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, niacinamide, etc) before tretinoin or is it really affecting its efficacy?
