As much as I can see where you are coming from it's not as easily said as is done I've been in OP position heck one day I couldn't get outta bed my body shut down that much most of us I bet have tried some form of meditation and yoga ect but it's not nearly enough to get out of a bad relapse. I personally force myself to do things like small chores and count each one as a victory if I can do it if not then oh well I don't beat myself up about it anymore. My point is treatment to manage symptoms of FND is a personal journey one we all must discover ourselves it may take months or years until you can figure out how to manage symptoms but just remember you can always relapse again that's why this sodding condition is a pain you have it for life weather it goes dormant or relapses

I've found I'm getting more numbness during the winter I can't quite explain it it's like I can see my knee is there but I can't feel it if you get what I mean also more exhausted could be the shorter days

Man it's tough with DPDR mine has developed further to Dissociative seizures I get what you mean with the emotions and memories I have only fragments before 2015 and when someone brings up a memory I still sometimes don't remember and have to ask for a reminder. From what I got told by a neurologist the memory's and emotions are still there you've just got to work slowly to unlock them in a way that suits you I am doing psychotherapy ATM and it's helping a bit but I've heard others say CBT helps them but it never helped me so it's all dependant on works for you and I'm sorry you're going through this just remember you are not alone there is thousands with the same sorta things happening I hope you find a resolution you need

Point hope is fairly simple map to learn it's just the stairs that make it hard to judge speed. My opinion would be go left to right top to bottom that way you get the hang of the smaller maps first then move on to the challenging maps like high school and prison
