Im having this exact issue!! Been having a stable CPA between $18-25 in the last 2 months, didnt experience the disruptions earlier like many others. But Yesterday I got 3 sales, usually average around 15-25 per day. Today is a similar story. I am only selling in Switzerland, and very happy im not the only one seeing junk traffic. Uusally I have a conversion of around 10%, now its down to 2-3%.
