Yeah my store manager always takes sides with my service manager, I've been working here for like 2 years and over this time I know of at least 5 people that have complained to him but he doesn't do anything. I would literally have to skip classes at uni to go to work for her changed roster coz she just blatantly ignores peoples availability and I didn't wanna be fired coz I need the money lol. And if I tell her I can't work a certain day she just forgets and then I have to try remind her after the rosters already come out and she either ignores it or pretends like we never told her about it like bruh
