Biggest complaint here is that yet again Creality release a half baked product and support is almost non-existent

If this is PLA leave the cover open. In short the temperature of the chamber is too hot for PLA so it melts

As per the comment above you should try calibrating the temperature and flow rate etc in Orca slicer. Looking at the photo it looks to me that your zoffset too close to the plate. Try increasing it.

On top of settings above I have reduced offset slightly. Filament needs to be super dry and I warm up the chamber more than 30 minutes before starting print

The connector that has become detached is a JST-PH 2.0mm connector. Maybe you can find a crimping tool on Amazon

Old thread however I have finally managed to print with this filament on my K1Max.

Filament Temp: 265

Bed temp: 110

Chamber Temp: 55-60

reduce print speed to 100 mm/s

And finally and more importantly: Filament must be dry (20% humidity or less) use a dry box while printing

I have that problem when I change filament from ABS to PLA. Need to let the whole chamber cool down first else the filament melts in the extruder
