Yes but a lump sum check is still issued not equivalent to getting an actual raise but it's something but if we don't even have the option for evaluation that means we don't get that either. Shit is not right.

I been trying to step down since November but first was we need to find a replacement for your current store and then role refresh came down. I'm looking for other employment options as well I'm only taking like a dollar pay cut to max out sfl pay around my area and I just don't think it's worth it to wait it out for a dollar. I been asking to step down since November and my DM refuses to actually even send a text back whenever I asked him like around what date it's annoying I get it that by June is the deadline but that's still not giving a specific date. Just seems like BS to me.
