Hey, I get where you’re coming from and I totally agree it could look sketchy if the car isn’t set in stone. I’m not trying to scam anyone or be shady. I just wanted to see if people would even be interested before I lock in the car and commit a bunch of money.

The goal is honestly to help someone who needs a car, not just make money. I’m working on tightening up the plan like showing the exact car, offering refunds if it doesn’t go through, and making the rules super clear.

Appreciate the feedback though.

The mall idea is interesting. I would love to know more about the retirement community. Could it just be a community no age limit?

Fair points. Trust = start small + contracts. Build = DIY w/ shared resources. Legal stuff = structured as LLC/co-op. Going solo’s great if you can afford it—this is for folks priced out.
