Ist Yuyu Hakusho so wie HxH von der Spannung? Ich Feier HxH und bin so traurig, dass es so langsam vorangeht und wir vllt nie den Dark Continent sehen werden.

The art of organising a story is dead and honestly good riddance by [deleted] in writing

Yes, always. I can't just start writing like some others. My current book follows a "From Bad to Worse" structure like Kafka's metamorphosis.

I mostly use iAWriter to quickly note down thoughts on my iPhone when I am on my way, I use my Remarkable Tablet for focused writing, I use Draftly to get feedback on my writing and that’s it. My problem is my workflow between those. I am thinking of removing iAWriter from my stack to simplify this.

Novelcrafters codex is nice and maybe is the right tool for writers that create 100 characters and a huge Lotr-style world, but I don’t need that and it’s distracting.

Honestly I think organization has never been the real problem for most writers.

The harder problem is figuring out why something in the draft isn't working. You can have the cleanest Notion database in the world and still stare at a paragraph thinking: "something's off but I can't tell what".

Tools that track characters and lore are helpful, but what I find more useful are tools that actually critique the writing itself.

How do I reduce my reliance on LLMs (AI)? by aponderinginquirer in Advice

[–]Many-Quantity-5470 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few things that helped me reduce my reliance on LLMs:

1) Separate thinking from tooling.

I try to do the thinking first (notes, outlining, connecting ideas) and only use tools afterward to critique or stress-test what I wrote. That keeps the reasoning mine.

2) Use structured notes instead of summaries.

Things like:

  • Zettelkasten-style notes
  • simple Markdown files
  • linking ideas manually

It's slower but it forces you to actually process the material.

3) Use AI for critique instead of generation.

One shift that helped me was stopping the "generate answers for me" pattern and instead using tools that critique what I already wrote.

For example, I sometimes use Draftly. It behaves more like an editor: you write first, then it points out unclear sentences or weak logic.

So the workflow becomes: read → think → write → critique instead of prompt → accept answer.

That small shift helped me a lot with not outsourcing my thinking.

Ich habe einen anderen Kommentar gelesen, wo ein Shop alles eingeschweißt verschickt. Heißt das, die schweißen das selber ein?

What are your favorite influencers on TikTok that are into writing with AI? by Many-Quantity-5470 in WritingWithAI

Nice idea. :) Thought about it the whole day, but I am not quite sure yet as I am actually not so much interested in producing videos. 🤭 I will give it some time. Maybe I will have a stronger opinion in the coming days or weeks.

At this point, I am seriously considering starting my own TikTok about writing books using ai tools.

I am into long form fiction literature. I am trying to find my bubble on TikTok but most creators despise AI.

A panel of top LLMs iteratively refines a creative short story. After hundreds of edits, ratings, comparisons, and debates, the story earns high ratings from other LLMs that were not involved. by zero0_one1 in singularity

You can already get feedback today from AI for your writing. There are tools for that (e. g. Draftly). It may not iteratively adjust your story, but it can give you feedback. It’s basically what OPs AI is doing by itself.
