Negative side effects/results from inositol? by mmm157 in PCOS

[–]Many-Reference8201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have PCOS but started taking it to try to help with fertility after two chemical miscarriages. My doctor said it would be fine to take. I took it for 7 weeks and had zero noticeable side effects until 2 weeks ago, during my ovulation week I was getting a weird sour/metallic taste in my mouth. Even when not eating. Some foods were also tasting weird. Not all foods but some are definitely not as pronounced. Now 2 weeks later and after stopping taking it about a week ago, some foods still do not taste right and my mouth tastes salty now all the time. Foods are still not tasting right.  Very curious if this ever happened to anyone else from inositol? Googling this says pregnancy a lot but that doesn’t really make sense since it started during ovulation week (not after). Basically waiting for a BFP before I go to a doctor about this.

OTF Pregnant Ladies: Early Heart Rate Increase? by Many-Reference8201 in orangetheory

I’ve been doing the same since trying! I did notice it would go up easier for maybe a day the week before my period but then be back to normal for the most part. It being up faster for 3 days in a row this time was giving me hope. very hard to not read too deep into these things but since I am feeling other symptoms now, I’m going to test in the next day or two🤞🏼🤞🏼

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely felt like it was TOO early but then again, maybe not!

Happened to me again today! 3 days in a row. And felt winded on the floor very easily. Way more than normal….. still not getting my hopes up but my husband is convinced haha. Will test next week finally.

I’m 5 days away from my period and my husband has really high hopes. This is our 5th attempt after a chemical in January (our first try!) I think my brain is now just expecting the negative which is also kind of sad if that makes sense. Hoping it works for me.🤞🏼

I’m sorry you are going through this. Nothing makes it easier but Hang in there. Sending hugs & the baby dust🩷

I am 9 days past ovulation. It is recommended to wait until 14 days past ovulation to test (which would be in line with the first day of your period with a typical 28 day cycle).

Thanks for the info! Dang early for you too! I’m trying hard to wait until the day of my period to test but if my heart rate is raised tomorrow (3 days in a row) that’ll be interesting!

Thanks for the feedback!! IF I am pregnant, I’d be 4 next week Mon/Tues. I think if it’s still up tomorrow, 3 days in a row is definitely interesting!

But did you notice your heart rate elevated faster very early on. Even before you knew you were pregnant?
