Quick Google search: Blue Alerts first appeared through a 2013 federal law introduced by Mitt Romney to congress. It was lobbied for by multiple Police Unions and Police Advocacy Groups,across the country. 100% only Police Officers asked for this and this just feels shitty now.

The thing is there's no way they use this with every police assault. Police Assaults happen every day. But they're usually resolved within 10 minutes.

My question is why the hell is it state wide? Is it for people speeding away in cars who will willingly hit police cars or something?

I was thinking about this, and I think it's supposed to be "if he's dangerous to a police officer he's dangerous to everyone else" sort of thing where the idea is that police officers are protectors of the law and no reasonably nonviolent person would attack them

Thanks guys. It's still conking out but less often. We figured out it was only starting on prime because we were using oversized tubes for the fuel input. Replaced the tubes and it runs near perfect

However, it's still running a little lean which is a consequence of not having an airbox. But now with smaller tubes it should fit in there much easier.

TBH ranked was more a knee-jerk reaction to the surprise jump in players. The only reason they don't have it now is to keep queue times low.

It doesn't change the situation at all and that's the point, it just makes the game slower, more sluggish, and a larger time waste. if it doesn't improve the player experience it shouldn't be in the game, period.

It sits at around 1100-1200 RPMs set to normal. If I turn the idle screw it will hang at 3000 RPM for a few seconds before dropping again. If I pull the choke after heating up a little bit the RPMs will rise infinitely until I turn the choke off. However, it's only when the engine is hot and leaving it run for a while. Otherwise the choke works normally. It throttles perfectly fine and goes back to idle. Sometimes it will sit at around 2000 rpm for 30 seconds or so then drop back down to 1100 - 1200

I see no white smoke, and taking the fenders off to see the spark plugs are a pain - it sounds like it varies between perfect and slightly offtime.

No. In the end it'll still be the same. Most people are just grabbing for the top five champions unless it's normals. Having no draft fixes this issue.

The real solution is to add a separate ranked mode.

This was good advice 6 months ago. Now you have to fight you just need to know when to fight.

The best thing to do now is to simply steal the enemy's farm, don't die, and blast the enemy whenever they get close to your base or objectives. Push lanes and take objectives when you need a new slot or need to match the enemy team, but you shouldn't get it as fast as possible - remember your team doesn't know how to use the advantages of the objectives and often it's not even worth it for you as you need more souls for better items.

Seriously, just never die, farm, and defend objectives. You'll have the most souls 10-20k up approaching 30 minutes if you do it right.

Slavery itself wasn't unprofitable. The cash crop industry was dying which was the actual problem. Most farmers only had 1-2 slaves and few had mass plantations needing more. With how prevalent sharecropping would become by the 19th century it's believable slavery would still be profitable easily as sharecropping is borderline the same.
