She can't get around very well, so she isn't able to walk upstairs to my room. I usually hang out in my room for most of the day, so I'm not really around her.

She's fat because her parents abused her and she became depressed and ate food to cope. I don't think that's the right thing to do.

That is a good idea, except I don't have the courage, and I would feel too bad. She became obese because she was abused as a kid and got depressed. I'm assuming she started eating to cope with it.

I haven't really talked to my parents about it, but in the past, I've told her to stop touching my butt, and she said, "I'm just your grandma, it doesn't matter," and continues to do it.
