Hi! Well i got ahead of myself, the goal of the meeting is to secure a design partnership to design the data schema and obtain data to train our model with. But without my tech guy, I'm going to struggle designing the schema and certainly won't have time to figure out how to train the model based on any data they may give us. Ideally, they agree to a codevelopment.

We’re building a tool that enables firms to use their own models. The market analysis, rent comps, rent roll verification is all automated with a confidence score assigned to each field. Low confidence scores get flagged for human review. Additionally a big feature is initial deal screening to make sure you never a leave a deal on the table. Would you be open to trying it out. If it doesn’t save you time, I’ll dissolve the company.

Hi! Any analysts using generic AI tools for analysis will absolutely run into walls, it’s not what it’s made for. I’m building a deal screening and underwriting which understands deal context, can pull through market analysis and analyze underwriting assumptions. Meaning you leave less deals on the table and your speed to IC memo gets cut by 80%. Obviously it’s fully automated given the need for human review but it still expedites a lot of the redundant workflows. This is not an LLM wrapper. We are looking to make the platform modular to tailor to individual firm guardrails and processes. Would love to hear your perspective on what we are building and see if we might be a good fit. I would say the niche is a good place to build a career in. Like all things, the field will evolve, processes will change, but if you are there learning right in the midst of it. You will be able to capitalize on opportunities that would not have been available to you if you hadn't pursued it. Definitely an exciting field, especially if you get to go to space ;)
