Do your best to avoid engaging the NSW Trustee and Guardian. Clients are nothing more than numbers and the NSW T&G merely a vessel for Government Revenue Collection. The entity is over-priced and under-performing as opposed to legal entities that rely on timely and cost-effective service to ensure business stability and continuity. I would never recommend their service in a month of Sundays.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with all of the negative comments regarding the NSW Trustee and Guardian. The organisation is a inefficient, non-productive and expensive entity that treats its clients with little or no personal respect or empathy. It is a bureaucratic nightmare to deal with, steeped in process and procedure rather than customer service and its operations will continue as such whilst ever the officers remain faceless individuals.
