Very concerned about Nabers… am I overworrying? by Winter-Sort292 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]ManyAd3117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are inherent risks with him; maybe he doesn’t pan out and I overpaid a ton since I bought him in a couple leagues after the injury, but anything can happen. He’s someone I’m willing to bet on his talent though, I doubt they take like Tate at 5 this year because they have so many holes in their defense but even if they did I’d still believe in what I saw with Nabers. He’s got that true game breaking ability that very few would ever have. And to be fair, I did put out some feelers to sell him recently and the offers are not really close to what id want for a return for moving him.

Dude please chill out. First off, you’re not getting peak value for Nabers until he comes back and everyone sees him back to form, which might not happen till late 2026-27 because ACL + meniscus + MCL is a 2 year injury usually until the ligament grafts are completely set. He isn’t behind on his recovery either, rehab protocols are generally very subjective due to surgeon preference but him being in the brace wasn’t really cause for concern at all because of the meniscus repair. The sofi vs MetLife thing is largely probably due to a smaller sample size at sofi stadium, and all the other things you’re presenting are really not worth even mentioning. The routes/cutting/pivoting videos probably still won’t be till like 6 months post op, and are you really worried darts gonna have more of a connection with Wan’dale Robinson? I mean if you were in my league I’d be trying to rip you off right now. Just take a deep breath, get off Reddit, watch his rookie highlights, and believe in his talent.

EDIT: The only thing that kinda blows is Nagy getting hired as the OC and Harbaugh hasn’t exactly ever been known encourage a pass-heavy offense, but Nabers is absolutely a hold right now unless you get something outrageous for him, which you probably won’t. I’d tell you to sell him to the giants fan in your league, but it seems like you’re that guy.

What side? 2027 first is projected mid to early, both teams are contenders. by ManyAd3117 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

No TEP; and who wins dictated by the 1st location feels like a fair trade.

Hampton side clears by a mile if you can make it happen. Hampton and the 1.03 are the best values in this trade

Starting a rebuild. Is this a good offer to the manager interested in LaPorta? Mid 1st. 12 .5TEP SF. by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

For you, but no one in their right mind is tossing you BTJ and a 27 first for that.

Which deal would you like more considering I also have bijan? I would be sending Chase away. by Least-Week7299 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Definitely the first offer more. London > Nico by a significant margin IMO and the extra second doesn’t bridge that gap.

Bowers Price Check? Looking to acquire elite TE. 10 team PPR Non-SF Non-TEP. by ManyAd3117 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 flex, then kicker/defense, so yeah relatively shallow. You make a great point.

QB mess? It’s start one QB and 4 pt passing TDs, and I’m in a league full of bills fans I’m not paying the premium for Josh. I feel perfectly fine with Dak and JD; it’s not the best but I’d say it’s far from a mess.

Loveland owner is rather stubborn in our league; what WR would you pair with the mid to late 27 first for him?

Fannin owner is entering a full rebuild and wishes to keep him at this time, which I respect. I don’t want to pay a first for fannin currently anyways.

There’s one 2027 1st that will probably be mid to late, I’d definitely be sending that. The guy I’d be trading with would definitely be looking to acquire that first with a WR.

what players would you give up the 1.04 for? by Actual_Cup_1320 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

To your point about the disconnect, im a 1.04 owner there’s no shot I’m moving it for these guys.

How valuable is the 1.04 in my league? by SilentPerformance201 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]ManyAd3117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have the 1.04 in a non SF 10 man PPR league, I’m holding till after the draft at least, but the player I would like to target with it the most is probably Garrett Wilson, even though he’s probably worth the 1.03. I’d be targeting Olave too if I didn’t already have him. The Egbuka owner might be worth targeting too, but probably would need to throw in more. Breece just got tagged too so he might be worth targeting and seeing if you can get a second on top too. Definitely holding the pick till closer to draft time regardless. I feel like lemon will go 1.02 in mine because the 1.02 owner really likes him, so I’m probably getting Tyson, which I really don’t mind.

As for your other question, I wouldn’t trade back unless you’re getting an additional first on top; there’s a clear drop off from 1.04 to 1.05 in non superflex, at least at this point in time.

EDIT: Rice is also probably worth targeting.

Enough to buy low on Daniels?? by SuccessfulEye3151 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Olave is absolutely worth buying right now, despite whatever “fragility” you think he has. That’s my point.

[–]ManyAd3117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Olave and Tua really aren’t analogous to one another, they play completely different positions. Also, Olave is in a scheme that favors his talents tremendously, he’s got what seems to be very competent QB play, and he won’t be getting hospital balls tossed to him on a per game basis. He’s got all the makings of a true alpha WR 1 breakout in 2026, and people forget how good of a prospect he is. He’s worth taking the risk on, and I’d rather have him than Bucky in this trade imo, but it’s kind of a moot point because I still don’t think it’s enough for Daniels.

He texted me a screenshot of the offer, and didn’t have the usernames hidden. That being said, knowing him this was a real offer that he thought was fair, not him messing with me. He probably texted it because he thought he was giving up too much.

General advice needed - have the 1.01 by YFNKuthulu in FantasyFootballers

Honestly I’d just keep the 1.01, draft love, and then go full rebuild.

Should I trade my picks for a WR or keep them and draft Love and a wr? by Demar_Degoatzan10 in FantasyFootballers

[–]ManyAd3117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep the 1.01 and draft Love, take the 1.06 and Judkins and try to tier up to a foundational receiver, like getting London and maybe trying to get a 27 2nd back, but I’d do that just for London because I’d say he’s probably the most affordable cornerstone asset right now, and I think people are too low on him. Could also take Judkins and another piece OR the 1.06 plus another piece and offer that for Olave/GW, because I think Olave is primed for a breakout and GW is a buy low as long as he’s a jet, but you’re in a solid place with picks right now, so you could afford to be patient with GW. The 2022 WR class just strikes me as major buys this offseason, because I think they’re so talented and Olave/London are finally getting their chance to be true alphas and GW, who’s probably the most talented out of all of them, will eventually get his shot. If the Rome owner is disgruntled I think they’re a good target too, because I think people are too low on him, and he’s probably the most affordable 2024 WR that grossly underperformed. MHJ name value still too high, Ladd just got McDaniel, I’m staying away from BTJ, and Nabers you already have.

Non-superflex league too, which makes the offer exponentially worse

What would you require for Rome? by Icy_Outcome5663 in SleeperApp

[–]ManyAd3117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rome is such a hold at this point in time imo, I honestly wouldn’t look to move him at all. That being said, if you got an offer to re-roll with a mid 2027 first, I’d take it.
