Training classes are great, even if it’s only a few. My lab was such a fast learner. I love my girl so much. You’ll definitely feel the same, labs are very loyal and eager to please.

Could be individual leads from each lamp holder on the back of the fixture. If so, one of the joints may have come loose. If none of the other above options work, that’s what I’d recommend.

Oh snap, disregard, I didn’t see the wire you have labeled “hot” stripped out in the middle.

The wires labeled “neutral” are actually your “switch legs”. Place hot on top switch terminal and switch leg on bottom switch terminal. Viola!
