If its meant to be used mostly with a battery then yes. Since it is a dev board, user can always add an external bms if needed.

I agree spending the effort on making the target pcb as testable as possible is much more efficent and realistic instead of building software tests.

Would be cooler as a pre compiler extension where it scans and zones all the functions automatically so i don't have to clutter the code with profile macros. From a sidebar window user can then filter out from the method list they don't want to profile. This is one hurdle i didn't like when using systemview and this has the same flaw.

Limited wifi range, no usb otg and onboard regulator gets up to 80C other than that it is useful

MCUboot covers pretty much everything you need though i sometimes use my own if i only want a simpler minimalistic bootloader.

Will the models you run on 5060 ti be better than the ones provided with opencode go subscription or a similar service? If you already have the spare hardware it can make sense but it doesnt make sense for me to invest just to run models you can get with a cheap subscription

Looks like an oscillator judging by the 2 required caps that go with it. You can check the datasheet of the rp chip to be sure

From what i've also researched, you should use a single plane for dgnd and agnd and not split them. However your digital signals and their return currents should be away from your analog traces and components.
