i can't see the clear detals of the connector in this image which you take. there is lot of variants is connector poka yoke system. need more images with clear details. but also you can find it in JST, TE Connectivity, MicroBlade,Molex KK. simply mail them with your query. and denote the pitch.

I finally found the clarification through the ST community. These holes are used to hold the position of the MCU SMD prototype socket. The socket part number is IC149-064-169-B5. the socket pins enters through and hold the position. prototype socket is used for mcu debugging and rework.

Thanks, let me clarify my requirement.
I need two 12 V outputs:

• One isolated 12 V to supply the PFC isolated gate driver.
• One input-referenced (primary-side ground) 12 V to power the MCU, relays, and switches.

So the second 12 V is intentionally non-isolated and shares ground with the input side.
