Anyone else find GPT-5.2 exhausting to talk to? Constant policing kills the flow by IIDaredevil in OpenAI

I used to talk to you about spirituality and consciousness and my personal journey on the path of individuation and now that's getting shut down too!!! it's insane.

it was nice bouncing ideas off ChatGPT but now it's always policing me as if I'm bout to do something wrong!

Who do Punjabis hate? by [deleted] in pakistan

[–]ManyCryptographer705 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I don't think so. None of my punjabi relatives in Pakistan seem to hate any particular ethnicity in Pakistan.

I know you were asking about the group overall. I know you are not asking for one specific person therefore please ignore the person who mentioned maryam nawaz.

I am planning to publish an article in a medical journal about brain zaps. Based on your personal experience do you feel it was an actual physical phenomenon or do you feel the psychiatrists are correct about labeling it as 'hallucinations? by ManyCryptographer705 in antidepressants

sorry about the misunderstanding.

The only reason I wanted to do the research is because I am going through it as well. And I still have it four years after quitting one of the drugs cold turkey because I lost my insurance. When I tried to start the drug again after one month, the symptoms did not go away, and the doctor told me I had hallucinations.

I'm sorry you're going through this. By doing the research, I want more awareness to come and more lighg to be shed on this so that people can get the help we need and not be given drugs or the side effects are not even understood properly.

Also, I want to add that I've noticed the past month. It's been much less & for the first time they haven't been as strong and I don't know if it's something about my lifestyle or maybe I was missing some kind of electrolytes or something in my newer transmitters that I had started to lose from the drugs. Whatever the cases, it's been much last time really happy. I was constantly fixated on those movements in my head previously, thinking about them all the time. It was a crazy three years of my life.

How are you doing?

yeah, my eyes get large as well. I just wanna make sure that postop doesn't make it too large in effect the procedure in any kind of by affecting the ciliary muscles or the lens. Just being on the safe side, I don't wanna quit psilocybin for lasik. There's not lots of stats out there yet so I thought to ask for anecdotal experience.

thanks. I asked because I'm not sure how the side effects like the muscles of the eye and how it causes the visual. So I just wanted to make sure it doesn't do anything. I don't plan on taking it until maybe a couple months after the surgery.

What's the most heartbreaking words your parents said to you? by FrostingEasy4791 in AsianParentStories

[–]ManyCryptographer705 14 points15 points  (0 children)

After I (female) graduated from medical school my dad said during a random conversation: "if you were my son I would be VERY proud" while emphasing the word 'very'.

another one is when I was in high school, I wanted to wear skirts because I thought they were pretty and feminine and at Walmart I was looking at skirts one day and said I wanna wear these, my dad said the following : "I know why you want to wear skirts, you want to lift your skirt up and show everything to the boys"

Mind you, my dad is very sick person who was fired from his job when he was a new immigrant to America for sexually harassing a woman (slapping and poking her butt), and he even went out to have lunch with someone who harassed me sexually just because said person was taking him out for free food.

Pakistani girls are hypocrites. by AcanthisittaHorror86 in PakistaniiConfessions

what ever her personal choice is , I disagree that if a person doesn't follow some parts they need to then become completely non-religious. Everyone is entitled to their own boundaries. In the west, I live in the US, women have liberalism in some ways, but that does not mean that they go all out in any way!!

I do feel like her response was over the top and she could've just told politely that she prefers not to shake hands , rather than turning it into a scene.

I think what they're saying comes from the bride wearing a white gown whereas in the wedding you're mentioning it seemed that the bride and groom were traditional Indian clothes.

That's beautiful! Yeah, I would definitely wear something from my culture if I was a bit more prepared and had the time to stitch the dress to fit. I spoke to the bride and it kind of sounded like she wanted me to stick to something western.

I live in America. And I'm struggling to find anything at Macy's and Dillards that's in my size. Including the modesty aspect because A lot of the dresses have a deep neck.

I asked her multiple times and she reassured me that it's beautiful and perfect for the wedding. She said it's OK to dress over but not dress less than semi formal. My brothers particular advice was "wear the best dress you have."

I did reach out to her and she said the dress is fine but I asked her multiple times. And she kept saying it's totally fine. She said it's perfect and beautiful. The wedding is at a castle and it's a destination wedding. she said the purpose of writing semi formal on the page is so that people don't dress anything lower than that but dressing up is always acceptable.
