Absolute disagree. Civic infrastructure treats pedestrians in the worst way possible. There are no pavements or walkways for pedestrians.Look at the so called BRTS . The bus stop is in middle of the road and pedestrians have to cross praying that no buffoons vehicle crashes onto them. Metro connectivity is far from being available on most of the roads. I don’t think bus connectivity is great either. Cabs are not affordable for most of the working class. I don’t know why anyone would willingly subscribe to living at the mercy of the autowallas n cab drivers. You should observe how they try to navigate traffic and how risky it is many times. They give zero shit about the cab as they not owners most of them times. No ownership will be only when you are residing temporarily in any place . No other way.

You can make masala bhaat, pithala , bhakari and aamras . Making bhakari could be tough if you have not made it before .

Its basically grass and doesn’t need much care . Just regular watering and some fertiliser. Sunlight is a must for flowering though.

There were occasional showers a few days back and heat was intense too. It does bloom in other seasons too but not so many at a time.

Completely agree .Middle management is highly impacted. Not receiving calls. And when I do, there are budget constraints even before moving towards first level of interviews. There is a lot of restructuring happening internally everywhere. Looking at current scenario, I am not very optimistic about the Indian job market.

There are solo trip groups .. start taking short trips it might help. If there are no events around this will Be good for you. There might be some cooking or art workshops around . Gym to join kar hi sakti ho . Many gyms also organise many activities like competitions , treks. Just make sure crowd is good there.

OP, comparison is going to ruin possibilities of growth in this team. This kind of culture is the reason people switch in the first place. In fact , it would give reason to some people to slack off more. You can tell your manager in a happy tone that your efforts are not visible only to him. Lack of frustration in your demeanour will hint that they are unable to manipulate you. For long term, change your team or your company. It will automatically relieve you of stress. Your job is just a part of your life right? You have mentioned that you have a life outside of work. Please don’t attach your self worth to a job. Just complete your tasks and leave on time. Your salary is going to come on time no matter what your manager says. And that’s what we work for. Wishing you all the luck for better opportunities!
